The  Russell's Enrichment Cultural Center

This Fashion Event is the FIRST Annual Charity Fashion Show hosted by the Russell's Enrichment Cultural Center. This event will showcase some of the cities most up and coming designers, musicians, and students! Our models are a group of selected hardworking kids from the city and surrounding counties. The event is a fundraiser to raise money for the purchase of a building.
